Prophetic Declaration for Oregon Dec. 2003 Part 1

When I think of Oregon I have two or three impressions. I feel like you have worn one garment but the garment has not been full. So God is ready to come and put a new garment on the body of Christ in Oregon. To receive the new garment you are going to have to be willing to take off the other garment. God is doing something to prepare you to receive a new garment or call it what God said, new mantle in Oregon. The Lord is saying to you, you must be willing to receive this next mantle that I have for you. Not that you haven’t had one and it’s not that you couldn’t go on with the one you are wearing. But if you want to enter into and really see God do what He wants to do in this state you must receive the next mantle that He has for you. Matthew 9:14 Then the disciples of John came to Him, saying, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but Your disciples do not fast?" In other words, why over these last three years have we had to do this but we don’t see you making them do what we have had to do? We find that all of a sudden they are questioning the change of method that is occurring at that time. Matthew 9:15-16 And Jesus said to them, "Can the friends of the bridegroom mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them, and then they will fast. No one puts a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; for the patch pulls away from the garment, and the tear is made worse. It is as if the Lord is saying to you, you can wear the garment you have but the garment will have to change for you to move forward. You will either have to attempt to patch it or receive the next garment that God has for you. I believe to come into fully what God wants Oregon to come into you would want to receive the next garment fully.
There is another thing He showed me. You’ve actually got a good anointing in Oregon. It’s always good up here. But I’m not sure good is going to be able to bring in what God wants brought in, in the future. Here in Isaiah 6:1-5 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one cried to another and said: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory!" And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke. So I said: "Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The LORD of hosts."
What makes this so interesting is two or three different things.
1. There is a shift in leadership. The tremendous shift in leadership produces almost a
total shaking point in the prophet Isaiah. The thing you need to understand is the prophet has prophesied many times up until this time. This is what I want to point out. He has prophesied, he has been a very accurate prophet up until this time, he has moved in a dimension of prophesy up until this time, but this situation shakes him to the core. From the shaking of this situation he realizes that God has to do something in him so he can really accomplish God’s purpose in the future and prophesy the other 60 books of Isaiah. That is sort of where you are. You’ve prophesied, you’ve prophesied good, you’ve done well, but there will come a shaking instance in days ahead that is going to cause you to know that how and what you’ve prophesied in the past, and the way you’ve prophesied in the past will not be sufficient in the future.
2. He says here, Lord I am undone because I have seen the king. We are going to see the
king in Oregon. When the king comes in, it undoes him. He realizes first of all his mouth has been unguarded and impure. He also realizes there is a host of heaven. He doesn’t just see the king he sees the Lord of Hosts, the angelic forces are there to aid him for the future. I want to say to you in Oregon, you are about to enter into a supernatural dimension you have never known before. You can’t wear the same mantle you have worn in the past. If you wear it, it will tear and rip and you will lose a piece of the authority God has for you and that you need in days ahead. You are going to see an atmosphere filled with activity in the coming year in Oregon. It will be heard, it will be reported. Great activity.
3. When I think of Oregon I think of beauty, lushness, a great people, it rains a lot, what I
see is a vender filled with new wine, and yet this year you must make the shift or you will be like Naboth’s vineyard. Remember it was such a wonderful place that the enemy wanted that vineyard and would do anything to get that vineyard. I want to say to you, there will be such a conflict over Oregon this year, in the spiritual realm, a contending over this particular state this year because this vineyard is very, very important for the future of our nation. The revelation in the people of God, in Oregon this year, this coming year, will be very important to the salvation of this nation. What I want to say to you is this, be willing to put on a new mantle so that you can contend properly and you will see God’s glory cover this entire state. He wants to come in an incredible way, in this state. He is calling you to come into a new place with Him, and a new dimension with Him. You have been at a good place, but He has a better place with you. The revelation that will be poured into this state, there will be a war over that revelation and that revelation in this state could save a nation.

God put an anointing for this nation on me a few years ago it began. He began to teach me about shifting things in the Spirit. He began to use that phrase to me and I began to speak and teach on the divine shift. How God changes the times and the seasons and how we can literally change the atmosphere. God started talking to me about this. He said I want to teach you how to change the atmosphere. I didn’t know what He was talking about. Then He began to talk to me and compare it to weather. He said, just as weathermen will talk about the atmospheric conditions being right for something, that is also true in the Spirit. They will say take precaution because the atmospheric conditions are right for lightening or for a tornado or for hail. The atmospheric conditions I understand are another way to say the realm of the Spirit, the heavenlies. That Spirit realm we live in has to be right or conducive for certain things to take place. He began to give me biblical examples like Nazareth. There was a spirit of unbelief and the atmosphere was so permeated, the spirit realm was so filled with unbelief that he couldn’t do anything or great miracles. Jesus didn’t have a power failure, but it couldn’t get to them. There was power flowing, but it wasn’t able to get to them strong enough to create a miracle. There were a few people healed the passage said, but no one received a miracle. There was a level of power that was flowing, but it was greatly hindered even through Christ. You see He had to work through where ever they were. There unbelief didn’t shut Him down, but it kept the power from getting to them. Sometimes you can walk in a room and sense the atmosphere. We say, “The atmosphere is so thick we could cut it with a knife”, because we felt strife or tension or anger. I can go into meetings and feel a spirit of faith; I can walk in and sense a spirit of worship; I can go in and sense when there is a prophetic anointing; I can go in and tell when it’s a house of prayer; because I am learning to discern what is there in the atmosphere. I don’t know if it is a gift He just gives individuals or if we could all learn to discern and move in it. Getting back to reason for bringing it up, God said I am going to teach you to shift the atmosphere. And when the atmosphere is not what it needs to be, I am going to show you how to move by My Spirit and change the atmosphere. If you don’t like the atmosphere in your home then change the atmosphere in your home. If you don’t like the atmosphere in your church then change the atmosphere in your church. So sometimes I will walk up on a Sunday and say, I don’t like the atmosphere in here and people look at me strange. I will just begin to decree and declare the word of the Lord and speak God’s word into the atmosphere. Do you know what happens? The atmosphere begins to change. So God started sending me to Washington, DC. He said, I want you to prophesy My Word to the Government. For me it wasn’t so much standing and waiting for the unction to rise up and begin to prophesy as a prophecy but rather hear what God’s heart and mind was and decree that over the nation. Because, most of you know that, prophesying is not foretelling or speaking about the future, it is also just decreeing or forth telling the Word of the Lord. God said, I want you to go and decree over the nation some things. He began to teach me to do that.
I am leading up to something because it is pertinent for who you are. Because I know part of the mantle that God wants to put on you here in Oregon. It is a very strong thing God wants to say to this state. It is not a rebuke, but it is a very important, significant and strong thing. We always wait on the Lord for each region and have never gotten one message the same. One of the things God told me is there is going to be a change in the mantle coming to Oregon. There is a shift in the mantle that God wants to bring to this state. God wants to fully mantle you because there is coming a change. What it really is is an addition. Chuck described it as taking a garment off and putting another garment on and that’s right but the garment is not totally different the garment is a totally different level and a fullness coming that isn’t on the mantle that you are wearing now. There is not a fullness there and God is going to put the full mantle on you. And a part of it is going to involve a forerunner anointing that there is a governmental and a forerunner anointing on this state that God wants to use you to shift things over this nation. There is a shifting mantle that God wants to bring you because you have a prophetic mantle in this state but the prophetic mantle that you have is not complete. It is not deficient in a negative way. It’s not that it’s lacking in a sense to where you haven’t been where you need to be. It’s lacking in the sense that your being progressively being brought into it and now that it is here and then it’s here and then it’s here, but God is saying now I must bring another deposit of it another mantling on you because you weren’t lacking until now but now if you don’t get the rest of it you are lacking. Does that make sense?
I wrestled with the Lord. I said, Lord, I feel a prophetic anointing in this state and I sense a prophetic anointing in this house and there is a prophetic beachhead already here. There is a people in this state that hear from God. There is a ministry that is now a leading prophetic ministry voice into the nation and the nations from this state. What is it that You are saying that You want to do, that they don’t have yet? What the Lord began to say to me was-this aspect of the prophetic anointing that becomes a forerunner, not only to bring forth the Word of the Lord and what He is saying, but a mantle and an anointing that begins to follow up and through that word begins to shift things in the Spirit.
There is a breaker aspect of the prophetic mantle that we are not moving in. There is a word from the Lord that instructs us and alerts us to what He is saying and then there is a word from the Lord that follows a prophetic anointing and it follows it up and becomes a hammer becomes a weapon of God, a sword of the Spirit. There is a mantle of the prophetic that not only alerts us to what God is saying, but becomes a sword of the Spirit to implement and break through with that word. Now God wants to put an anointing on this state.
Here is one of the ways he said it to me tonight. He is going to move you from the Elijah anointing to the Elisha anointing. And He said this to me now I don’t fully understand this, but I believe before we leave here tomorrow we will. There is an anointing in the state of Oregon to overthrow Jezebel in America. (Everyone exuberantly cheers) Well I didn’t expect that response but it is a good response.
Now God is going to have to help us understand how all this fits together. There is a mantle here that God wants to bring into fullness that has with it an ability to overthrow the spirit of Jezebel. With this will come this ability that I speak of to shift things and in a special way to shift things governmentally. Now I know nothing about this state spiritually, but I would say, and I say this pretty much without hesitation, because of what I am discerning in the Spirit, probably that Jezebel has a pretty good stronghold in this region. Because where there is a spirit of Elijah there is always a contesting that begins to take place because nothing is more of a threat to the Jezebel spirit then the prophetic anointing and especially the spirit of Elijah. So when one is there you can just know the other is going to rise up and try to, this Jezebel thing, will try to become entrenched because this spirit knows if this prophetic mantle especially the Spirit and power of Elijah comes to fullness, it will absolutely disarm dismantle, and remove the stronghold of the spirit of Jezebel. The two cannot exist! They cannot do it. The two cannot coexist. So there will be this incredibly vehement effort of Jezebel to become entrenched. Here we have the irony, we have a state that is really known for the prophetic and is becoming a prophetic voice but it is just like Israel of old Elijah is there and so is Jezebel. Now God puts an anointing on Elijah to shift the nation. He moves into a governmental anointing. The spirit of Jezebel will always partner with the religious political spirit. I will guarantee you in the state of Oregon, even in the church, the religious political thing is very strong. In fact I will go as far as to say I will bet you that there is a whole lot of people that don’t like you very well. And the way that Jezebel was entrenching herself was through her prophets. So she was in a political position but here is this marriage of the political and spiritual that was a false spiritual thing. It is probably a little more subtle in many ways today in what we are seeing in America. But I will guarantee you there is a religious political spirit that is entrenched and ruling in Oregon and probably in the church in Oregon. I can just about tell you that the church in Oregon would lean more to the power of the spirit, more to a mindset and a heart that says, (without even realizing it) they can strategize and come up with enough good ideas and enough understanding intellectually. I would venture to say to you that most of the effort of the church of Oregon, without even realizing it, to overcome the enemy and to bear fruit and to reap a harvest is born of intellectual things, mans ideas, not things that are born of the Spirit. Now I am not in an attack mode, ok? I am not out to get anybody and I don’t feel this bad awful thing over the state or over you. I am just telling you what is here in the Spirit. These things work in us without even knowing it. There will be a religiosity that comes even to the church.
Now Elijah had this anointing but watch this, Elijah, even though it was the spirit of Elijah and spoke of it favorably all the way through the scripture until you get to John the Baptist, the spirit and power of Elijah. He didn’t say the spirit and power of Elisha, He said the spirit and power of Elijah. But watch, the spirit and power anointing on Elijah alone was not enough to overthrow Jezebel. It was enough to begin the work and get a turning in Israel, but Elijah himself could not get it done. There had to be a double portion anointing of the spirit. Because the same spirit and power that was on Elijah came upon Elisha and Jehu. So it was that spirit and power of Elijah but it had to go to another level, there had to be another mantling and when this thing multiplied and the double came, then the spirit and power of Elijah was enough to deal with Jezebel.
And what God is saying to you is you have the spirit and power of Elijah but you are going to get the spirit and power of Elijah twice. You are going to get the Jehu anointing and you are going to get the Elisha anointing and then you are going to deal with Jezebel. When you get this there is the ability to shift things.
Now when God started giving me this mantle for the nation He gave me Isaiah 22:22. The key of the house of David I will lay on his shoulder; so he shall open, and no one shall shut; And he shall shut, and no one shall open. This is my life verse. Shoulder: shekem - the neck as the place of burdens. Shoulder (shekem) is symbolic of government. Isiah 9:6 The government will be on His shoulders. It’s all about the governmental authority to open and close, to legislate spiritually. I am giving you the key to open doors and close doors in this nation. God gave me an incredible visitation and by the time it was over an hour and ½ later God had done some amazing things in my life and put a mantle on me. The experience was so profound that for 15-20 minutes of this time I literally begged God not to kill me. My spirit was ok but I didn’t know if my body could survive it. Now I understand why some of the men in the bible, who had visitations said, “Woe is me.” When it was finished He put a mantle on me and He said, I am going to send you to places in this nation and you are going to say what I tell you to say, you are going to do what I tell you to do and you will fear no man. Then He began to send me on these journeys. God showed me through this anointing He was giving me authority to shift things in this nation. Open doors and close doors. This is very pertinent to where God is going to take you. I am going to mention two examples of this. During the 2000 Presidential election I issued a prayer alert and asked people to pray. The Lord said this is the most important election in decade’s maybe even centuries. Then it went to the Supreme Court. I told people to pray for God’s man. By the time this was going on for several weeks in the Supreme Court, and I knew by the way, because God had given me a verse in Ezekiel, I knew this was going to the Supreme Court. I knew that God (Supreme Court?) was going to be the final voice that put the man in office that was going to become the instrument that God used to change them. That is why there is this war now with Bush and the courts and the senate over the judges. On the last time it went to the Supreme Court, He sent me to Washington, DC. He said, I want you to go outside the White House and take Isaiah 22:22 and I want you to close the door to Al Gore and open the door to George Bush. I stood outside the gate of the White House for a half hour and declared Isaiah 22:22. We prayed for Al Gore and his family. Then I declared that the door to the White House is closed to you, you cannot come in here and be President. Then we began to pray for George Bush and I said, I open the door to this White House to George Bush and I declare that he will be the President of the United States. Then Monday it was over.
This verse is not only for me it is a verse God is bringing the body of Christ into. There is a governmental anointing coming and somehow there is a forerunner thing about Oregon you have got to be a part of leading in this. There is something coming on you that is going to be a part of shifting this nation. There is a governmental intersession that God is going to bring to you. You are going to have an authority that is a double portion thing that is going to turn the nation in ways and a part of that is you have an authority that is going to break this evil force of Jezebel off of the nation of America.
The Lord took me to the White House another time and told me He wanted me to close the door to the unwise counsel that is coming to the President and I want you to open the door to the prophetic to come into the White House. When I was walking around outside the White House I was intimidated and couldn’t stand firm decreeing this word. A woman came up to me and encouraged me to speak out. The Lord spanked me all the way back to the hotel because he had to get this mother and her baby out in the cold to give me a lesson on Intercession 101.
Elijah was so full of faith and so had this anointing on him to transform a nation but the next thing you knew Jezebel had so encroached upon him and his soul that he was in complete unbelief. That religious political spirit mixed with Jezebel had totally overwhelmed him and was eroding completely his ability to withstand it. It is what intimidation and unbelief feels like. I feel like there is that thing that comes over you. There is a real open door somehow in the state of Oregon for the body of Christ. Even though you are prophetic and move in this mantle, there is something that comes on you, this spirit has an open door somehow to just pull your faith level down and disarm the prophetic army of God here to the point where you are not able to breakthrough.
And I hear the Lord saying, because you have walked in that place I want you to humble yourself and be vulnerable, so that through your humility in telling about your unbelief and this thing overpowering you, there will be an anointing release. That through the humility of that, there will be something released over this place that will enable us to rise up together and say never again are we going to let that thing overcome us. Because you are mantled with something and you don’t yet know it Oregon. You have the spirit and power of Elijah. You have a prophetic anointing that is more than just the ability to disseminate information and distribute words and be seers and be those that say this is what God is saying. You have something more than that anointing. You have a mantle of the prophetic that is meant to go another step and now we are going to take that Word of the Lord and we are going to apply it to this situation. We are going to decree in the heavenlies over your state and over our nation. We are going to turn that word into a sword. It is not just the light of revelation it is the sword of almighty God. And we are going to open some doors that will never be closed. And we are going to close some doors that are never going to be open. We are going to take the key of authority that we have been given and we are going to slam the door to this Jezebel thing. We are going to prophesy across the nation and we are going to decree the Word of the Lord and we are going to let the hammer of the God come down on the forces of darkness. We are going to be stronghold breakers. We are going to shift things over your state over your region and over our nation. We are going to move into the Jehu anointing. We are going to move into the Elisha anointing. We are going to be those who transform. We are going to understand how to take that Word of the Lord up into the heavenlies and literally call something in the heavenlies to change.
There will be prayer here that would transform the thinking of a cabinet room, that would change congress, that would shift the courts of America, that would bring a change to the Supreme Court. It will be said of Oregon as it was said of Elijah, you troublers of Israel. There would be a place that says no toleration!
There is a new strength and anointing coming on the gospel message in the state of Oregon that is going to translate into greater harvest. Even though the words may be the same the message is going to be born of the Spirit not of the soul and God is going to empower it in a fresh new way. There is not only going to come signs and wonders, but there is going to be the miracle of the new birth coming in a fresh new way. Supernatural deliverance will begin to occur, the Lord says, in the state of Oregon. You will see people delivered by the power of the spoken word. I will deliver them, the Lord says, from mindsets, and from deception.
Look for prodigals to begin to come back to my house, the Lord says, because I am going to break the spirit of deception off of them and cause their eyes to be open. Because there is a force that will now be released by my Spirit that could not be released from your mind and from your intellect. There is something that is going to be released in the realm of the Spirit and a cleansing of the atmosphere (the spirit realm over your state) that is going to cause blind eyes to be opened, the Lord says, and the spirit of deception to be broken.
Many will come out of cults and come out of false religion. There will be a movement, the Lord says, where those who are bound up, in false religion will be set free and it will even move into Idaho, the Lord says, and Utah from the state of Oregon. I will begin to set free those who are bound by deception because you are a forerunner state and you will go and you will plow and you will set them free and you will see their eyes open. I say to you there will be mass deliverance that begins to happen, says the Lord.
I say many in Mormonism will come to know me. There will be a move of my Spirit, the Lord says. I will break and lift the veil off of them and you will see many of them come to me and be filled with My Spirit in this hour.
I see the Lord coming to the Catholic Church and I see the Lord beginning to move by His Spirit and set many free and lay down their idols. They will turn to me with all of their hearts. You will see deception broken off of them. You will see an intense work of My Spirit in many in the Catholic Church because they will turn to Me with pure hearts and I will fill them with My Spirit. There will be signs and wonders and miracles take place that will astound many and pull many out of that stronghold of iniquity. There is coming a move of His Spirit that is going to pull idolatry off of many of them. Many who think they are born again they are not. The Lord says, there will be many priests that will have their eyes open. I am coming to set them free. There is coming a lifting of the veil and they will turn to me with reckless abandon.
I am going to visit the political arena in your state, the Lord says. I am going to transform governments. You will see some who come to me and there will be those who rise up that will be positioned by Me that will begin to speak for Me even in government places. Whereas they would not have been heard in days past I will give them favor and anointing. When they begin to speak My word changes come. I will give them strategies and they will find themselves coming into a divine favor that is of Me. I will use them to bring transformation even in government. The Lord says, there will be some that do not know Me now and I am coming to them and they will know Me, My hand is even on them now. I have marked them by My Spirit. They do not know it but they will come to know Me in a very remarkable way, the Lord says. Their testimony will open the eyes of many because I am coming even to the government of your state, the Lord says. There will come a shaking there that will purify. There will be an exposing of things and the Lord says do not be surprised when this happens because I am coming to shake, by the power of My Spirit because what I have said to you, that is coming to this state, I am going to even do it in your government. I am going to plow and I am going to breakthrough some areas of corruption and sin. The Lord says, there will be a shaking and there will be an exposing but do not be afraid and do not be alarmed and do not be confused when you see this it happen.
I am coming to the leadership to My church and there will be a shaking that comes to those in the church. I am going to realign and I am going to take a favor away from some and give favor to others because there have been some who have withstood the dealings of My Spirit and they have built things that I didn’t tell them to build. I am coming to do some dismantling and I am coming to do some rearranging. Do not fear this and do not be alarmed when you see it happen because there will be mercy for those who turn to Me. Those who turn to Me, I will even turn ministries and through My correction I will take them to another level of anointing, the Lord says. I will begin to do through them what they did not even understand and know about. I will begin to surprise them and to bring things to them. The Lord says, there are some who will not repent and they will not turn. The Lord says, do not be surprised when I take from them the favor that they have had. I will realign and I will give that to others. It is a day that the Lord says, to walk in fear and trembling before Me. Because the fear of the Lord would be the wisdom that you need in this hour He says.
I hear the Lord saying there is a wave of holiness that is coming for this region. That is not based on any outward religious thing. It is not even something that is going to be generated by fiery preaching and teaching. This is going to be a work of My Spirit, the Lord says. I am coming with a holy work that will bring a holiness. I see this invading campuses, I see this invading Universities, Colleges, I see this invading people who have been bound by perversions everything from sexual promiscuity, to drugs, to alcohol, even homosexuals. I see God saying, I am going to invade the homosexual community with a wave of mercy and a wave of deliverance and a wave of holiness. I am going to do what will astound many as I deliver them in a moment by the power of My Spirit. I am going to transform the way they think, transform the way they feel, transform everything about them and you will see it happen as I snatch them out of the fire, the Lord says. I will heal them and I will set them free. I am telling you, this is coming. I see fire coming to campuses it’s a holy fire of cleansing, it’s a fire of salvation, it’s a fire of deliverance, it’s a fire of Pentecost, it’s a fire that cleanses them and brings a wave of holy living.
I hear this so clearly, call the prodigals home. They are going to come by the thousands. Call the prodigals home! Call them home! The Lord says, call them home! Stir up your prayers for them again. The Lord says, go to every prodigal you can find. Think of everyone you knew that used to serve God or was raised in a Godly home that does not know the Lord. Begin to call them in because there is such a wave of My Spirit and anointing that is being released that the veil is going to lift. The spirit of revelation is coming not only on the church but also on your region, the Lord says. There is a spirit of lifting of the veil of revelation and it is going to affect the prodigal. Their eyes are going to be opened; they are going to come to their senses. The Lord says, there will be an influx of prodigals into the church, get ready for them, get ready to deal with them because I am bringing them to you. Get ready to move them back into their place, quickly. The Lord says, I will set them free and you must receive them. I hear the Lord say He is coming with a violent love. His violent love is going to break through every stronghold and everything, these things that have bound them and God says I am coming to set them free. I will answer them Myself.
I hear the Lord say, ask for an influx of a mighty host of angels to begin to be released. Ask for a great level of angelic activity to begin to take place over this state to go before you and to work this. The Lord says, I want to send a host of heavenly forces of angels to do war over the state of Oregon. I don’t think I have ever asked for this in my life but I hear it very clearly. Lord we are asking you for a host, legions of angels to be dispatched to the state of Oregon to do battle in the heavenlies. To change the atmosphere; to lift the veil; to begin to release this mantle; to begin to awaken warriors; to begin to bring prodigals home; to begin to deal on the campuses; to begin to penetrate even cults and people bound by deception.
I hear the Lord say there is a new release of worship coming to the state of Oregon. There is a creative worship that is coming. The song of the Lord, the Lord says is going to go to a new level. Prophetic songs will be given spontaneously in meetings, but even in the night. The Lord says some of you worshippers need to keep pen and paper handy by your bed because you are going to wake up with a song. The Lord says there is coming a creative impartation in the area of worship to this region and there will be songs that come from here that go around the world. There will be prophetic worship that begins to do these things we have heard of tonight. There will be forerunning worship. You will find yourself in the midst of your worship, you will begin to sing over a nation, you will be able to sing over a region of this nation as you for-run in your worship. The Lord says worship, worship, worship, you must go to another level of worship, and you must become radical in your worship. You must set aside times of worship. You must do it with all of your heart the Lord says because the worship is going to break through these strongholds and the worship is going to push back this force of Jezebel. The worship is going to awaken the prophetic mantle that is being placed upon you. The Lord says it will be awakened by worship. You must worship Me with new vigor. You must worship Me with new levels of zeal. The Lord says you must change programs, you must change even for a season, and you must radically change things to give more time to worship. I hear the Lord saying agree with the angelic hosts who worship over this state and you must worship with them because as the worship of earth joins the worship of heaven there will be a breakthrough in the heavenlies and I will download the song of heaven to earth. The Lord says I will cause an agreement and you will see as you sing the songs of heaven and you sing with the angels in the heavenlies you will see things begin to take place by the power of My Spirit through the worship and Oregon will live Psalm 149. The Lord says Oregon will experience Psalm 149. Even judgments in the heavenlies will begin to take place through your worship. Psalms 149 Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, and His praise in the assembly of saints. Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. Let them praise His name with the dance; Let them sing praises to Him with the timbrel and harp. For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation. Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment--This honor have all His saints. Praise the LORD!
The Lord says I am going to bring a separation between the Michal’s and the David’s. Your willingness to worship Me with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength in this season is going to be the test, the Lord says, for many of you to whether or not you move on into your full anointing of kingship and authority or you become those who become barren as Michal did who mocked and who refused to be a worshipper. I hear the Lord saying this is going to be the dividing point for many of you as to whether you move into this. You are going to have to abandon some of the things that have held you back beliefs, doctrines, inhibitions, embarrassment to feel like you don’t do certain things. The Lord says you must become a worshipper! You must become a worshipper!

When I think of Oregon I have two or three impressions. I feel like you have worn one garment but the garment has not been full. So God is ready to come and put a new garment on the body of Christ in Oregon. To receive the new garment you are going to have to be willing to take off the other garment. God is doing something to prepare you to receive a new garment or call it what God said, new mantle in Oregon. The Lord is saying to you, you must be willing to receive this next mantle that I have for you. Not that you haven’t had one and it’s not that you couldn’t go on with the one you are wearing. But if you want to enter into and really see God do what He wants to do in this state you must receive the next mantle that He has for you. Matthew 9:14 Then the disciples of John came to Him, saying, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but Your disciples do not fast?" In other words, why over these last three years have we had to do this but we don’t see you making them do what we have had to do? We find that all of a sudden they are questioning the change of method that is occurring at that time. Matthew 9:15-16 And Jesus said to them, "Can the friends of the bridegroom mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them, and then they will fast. No one puts a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; for the patch pulls away from the garment, and the tear is made worse. It is as if the Lord is saying to you, you can wear the garment you have but the garment will have to change for you to move forward. You will either have to attempt to patch it or receive the next garment that God has for you. I believe to come into fully what God wants Oregon to come into you would want to receive the next garment fully.
There is another thing He showed me. You’ve actually got a good anointing in Oregon. It’s always good up here. But I’m not sure good is going to be able to bring in what God wants brought in, in the future. Here in Isaiah 6:1-5 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one cried to another and said: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory!" And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke. So I said: "Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The LORD of hosts."
What makes this so interesting is two or three different things.
1. There is a shift in leadership. The tremendous shift in leadership produces almost a
total shaking point in the prophet Isaiah. The thing you need to understand is the prophet has prophesied many times up until this time. This is what I want to point out. He has prophesied, he has been a very accurate prophet up until this time, he has moved in a dimension of prophesy up until this time, but this situation shakes him to the core. From the shaking of this situation he realizes that God has to do something in him so he can really accomplish God’s purpose in the future and prophesy the other 60 books of Isaiah. That is sort of where you are. You’ve prophesied, you’ve prophesied good, you’ve done well, but there will come a shaking instance in days ahead that is going to cause you to know that how and what you’ve prophesied in the past, and the way you’ve prophesied in the past will not be sufficient in the future.
2. He says here, Lord I am undone because I have seen the king. We are going to see the
king in Oregon. When the king comes in, it undoes him. He realizes first of all his mouth has been unguarded and impure. He also realizes there is a host of heaven. He doesn’t just see the king he sees the Lord of Hosts, the angelic forces are there to aid him for the future. I want to say to you in Oregon, you are about to enter into a supernatural dimension you have never known before. You can’t wear the same mantle you have worn in the past. If you wear it, it will tear and rip and you will lose a piece of the authority God has for you and that you need in days ahead. You are going to see an atmosphere filled with activity in the coming year in Oregon. It will be heard, it will be reported. Great activity.
3. When I think of Oregon I think of beauty, lushness, a great people, it rains a lot, what I
see is a vender filled with new wine, and yet this year you must make the shift or you will be like Naboth’s vineyard. Remember it was such a wonderful place that the enemy wanted that vineyard and would do anything to get that vineyard. I want to say to you, there will be such a conflict over Oregon this year, in the spiritual realm, a contending over this particular state this year because this vineyard is very, very important for the future of our nation. The revelation in the people of God, in Oregon this year, this coming year, will be very important to the salvation of this nation. What I want to say to you is this, be willing to put on a new mantle so that you can contend properly and you will see God’s glory cover this entire state. He wants to come in an incredible way, in this state. He is calling you to come into a new place with Him, and a new dimension with Him. You have been at a good place, but He has a better place with you. The revelation that will be poured into this state, there will be a war over that revelation and that revelation in this state could save a nation.

God put an anointing for this nation on me a few years ago it began. He began to teach me about shifting things in the Spirit. He began to use that phrase to me and I began to speak and teach on the divine shift. How God changes the times and the seasons and how we can literally change the atmosphere. God started talking to me about this. He said I want to teach you how to change the atmosphere. I didn’t know what He was talking about. Then He began to talk to me and compare it to weather. He said, just as weathermen will talk about the atmospheric conditions being right for something, that is also true in the Spirit. They will say take precaution because the atmospheric conditions are right for lightening or for a tornado or for hail. The atmospheric conditions I understand are another way to say the realm of the Spirit, the heavenlies. That Spirit realm we live in has to be right or conducive for certain things to take place. He began to give me biblical examples like Nazareth. There was a spirit of unbelief and the atmosphere was so permeated, the spirit realm was so filled with unbelief that he couldn’t do anything or great miracles. Jesus didn’t have a power failure, but it couldn’t get to them. There was power flowing, but it wasn’t able to get to them strong enough to create a miracle. There were a few people healed the passage said, but no one received a miracle. There was a level of power that was flowing, but it was greatly hindered even through Christ. You see He had to work through where ever they were. There unbelief didn’t shut Him down, but it kept the power from getting to them. Sometimes you can walk in a room and sense the atmosphere. We say, “The atmosphere is so thick we could cut it with a knife”, because we felt strife or tension or anger. I can go into meetings and feel a spirit of faith; I can walk in and sense a spirit of worship; I can go in and sense when there is a prophetic anointing; I can go in and tell when it’s a house of prayer; because I am learning to discern what is there in the atmosphere. I don’t know if it is a gift He just gives individuals or if we could all learn to discern and move in it. Getting back to reason for bringing it up, God said I am going to teach you to shift the atmosphere. And when the atmosphere is not what it needs to be, I am going to show you how to move by My Spirit and change the atmosphere. If you don’t like the atmosphere in your home then change the atmosphere in your home. If you don’t like the atmosphere in your church then change the atmosphere in your church. So sometimes I will walk up on a Sunday and say, I don’t like the atmosphere in here and people look at me strange. I will just begin to decree and declare the word of the Lord and speak God’s word into the atmosphere. Do you know what happens? The atmosphere begins to change. So God started sending me to Washington, DC. He said, I want you to prophesy My Word to the Government. For me it wasn’t so much standing and waiting for the unction to rise up and begin to prophesy as a prophecy but rather hear what God’s heart and mind was and decree that over the nation. Because, most of you know that, prophesying is not foretelling or speaking about the future, it is also just decreeing or forth telling the Word of the Lord. God said, I want you to go and decree over the nation some things. He began to teach me to do that.
I am leading up to something because it is pertinent for who you are. Because I know part of the mantle that God wants to put on you here in Oregon. It is a very strong thing God wants to say to this state. It is not a rebuke, but it is a very important, significant and strong thing. We always wait on the Lord for each region and have never gotten one message the same. One of the things God told me is there is going to be a change in the mantle coming to Oregon. There is a shift in the mantle that God wants to bring to this state. God wants to fully mantle you because there is coming a change. What it really is is an addition. Chuck described it as taking a garment off and putting another garment on and that’s right but the garment is not totally different the garment is a totally different level and a fullness coming that isn’t on the mantle that you are wearing now. There is not a fullness there and God is going to put the full mantle on you. And a part of it is going to involve a forerunner anointing that there is a governmental and a forerunner anointing on this state that God wants to use you to shift things over this nation. There is a shifting mantle that God wants to bring you because you have a prophetic mantle in this state but the prophetic mantle that you have is not complete. It is not deficient in a negative way. It’s not that it’s lacking in a sense to where you haven’t been where you need to be. It’s lacking in the sense that your being progressively being brought into it and now that it is here and then it’s here and then it’s here, but God is saying now I must bring another deposit of it another mantling on you because you weren’t lacking until now but now if you don’t get the rest of it you are lacking. Does that make sense?
I wrestled with the Lord. I said, Lord, I feel a prophetic anointing in this state and I sense a prophetic anointing in this house and there is a prophetic beachhead already here. There is a people in this state that hear from God. There is a ministry that is now a leading prophetic ministry voice into the nation and the nations from this state. What is it that You are saying that You want to do, that they don’t have yet? What the Lord began to say to me was-this aspect of the prophetic anointing that becomes a forerunner, not only to bring forth the Word of the Lord and what He is saying, but a mantle and an anointing that begins to follow up and through that word begins to shift things in the Spirit.
There is a breaker aspect of the prophetic mantle that we are not moving in. There is a word from the Lord that instructs us and alerts us to what He is saying and then there is a word from the Lord that follows a prophetic anointing and it follows it up and becomes a hammer becomes a weapon of God, a sword of the Spirit. There is a mantle of the prophetic that not only alerts us to what God is saying, but becomes a sword of the Spirit to implement and break through with that word. Now God wants to put an anointing on this state.
Here is one of the ways he said it to me tonight. He is going to move you from the Elijah anointing to the Elisha anointing. And He said this to me now I don’t fully understand this, but I believe before we leave here tomorrow we will. There is an anointing in the state of Oregon to overthrow Jezebel in America. (Everyone exuberantly cheers) Well I didn’t expect that response but it is a good response.
Now God is going to have to help us understand how all this fits together. There is a mantle here that God wants to bring into fullness that has with it an ability to overthrow the spirit of Jezebel. With this will come this ability that I speak of to shift things and in a special way to shift things governmentally. Now I know nothing about this state spiritually, but I would say, and I say this pretty much without hesitation, because of what I am discerning in the Spirit, probably that Jezebel has a pretty good stronghold in this region. Because where there is a spirit of Elijah there is always a contesting that begins to take place because nothing is more of a threat to the Jezebel spirit then the prophetic anointing and especially the spirit of Elijah. So when one is there you can just know the other is going to rise up and try to, this Jezebel thing, will try to become entrenched because this spirit knows if this prophetic mantle especially the Spirit and power of Elijah comes to fullness, it will absolutely disarm dismantle, and remove the stronghold of the spirit of Jezebel. The two cannot exist! They cannot do it. The two cannot coexist. So there will be this incredibly vehement effort of Jezebel to become entrenched. Here we have the irony, we have a state that is really known for the prophetic and is becoming a prophetic voice but it is just like Israel of old Elijah is there and so is Jezebel. Now God puts an anointing on Elijah to shift the nation. He moves into a governmental anointing. The spirit of Jezebel will always partner with the religious political spirit. I will guarantee you in the state of Oregon, even in the church, the religious political thing is very strong. In fact I will go as far as to say I will bet you that there is a whole lot of people that don’t like you very well. And the way that Jezebel was entrenching herself was through her prophets. So she was in a political position but here is this marriage of the political and spiritual that was a false spiritual thing. It is probably a little more subtle in many ways today in what we are seeing in America. But I will guarantee you there is a religious political spirit that is entrenched and ruling in Oregon and probably in the church in Oregon. I can just about tell you that the church in Oregon would lean more to the power of the spirit, more to a mindset and a heart that says, (without even realizing it) they can strategize and come up with enough good ideas and enough understanding intellectually. I would venture to say to you that most of the effort of the church of Oregon, without even realizing it, to overcome the enemy and to bear fruit and to reap a harvest is born of intellectual things, mans ideas, not things that are born of the Spirit. Now I am not in an attack mode, ok? I am not out to get anybody and I don’t feel this bad awful thing over the state or over you. I am just telling you what is here in the Spirit. These things work in us without even knowing it. There will be a religiosity that comes even to the church.
Now Elijah had this anointing but watch this, Elijah, even though it was the spirit of Elijah and spoke of it favorably all the way through the scripture until you get to John the Baptist, the spirit and power of Elijah. He didn’t say the spirit and power of Elisha, He said the spirit and power of Elijah. But watch, the spirit and power anointing on Elijah alone was not enough to overthrow Jezebel. It was enough to begin the work and get a turning in Israel, but Elijah himself could not get it done. There had to be a double portion anointing of the spirit. Because the same spirit and power that was on Elijah came upon Elisha and Jehu. So it was that spirit and power of Elijah but it had to go to another level, there had to be another mantling and when this thing multiplied and the double came, then the spirit and power of Elijah was enough to deal with Jezebel.
And what God is saying to you is you have the spirit and power of Elijah but you are going to get the spirit and power of Elijah twice. You are going to get the Jehu anointing and you are going to get the Elisha anointing and then you are going to deal with Jezebel. When you get this there is the ability to shift things.
Now when God started giving me this mantle for the nation He gave me Isaiah 22:22. The key of the house of David I will lay on his shoulder; so he shall open, and no one shall shut; And he shall shut, and no one shall open. This is my life verse. Shoulder: shekem - the neck as the place of burdens. Shoulder (shekem) is symbolic of government. Isiah 9:6 The government will be on His shoulders. It’s all about the governmental authority to open and close, to legislate spiritually. I am giving you the key to open doors and close doors in this nation. God gave me an incredible visitation and by the time it was over an hour and ½ later God had done some amazing things in my life and put a mantle on me. The experience was so profound that for 15-20 minutes of this time I literally begged God not to kill me. My spirit was ok but I didn’t know if my body could survive it. Now I understand why some of the men in the bible, who had visitations said, “Woe is me.” When it was finished He put a mantle on me and He said, I am going to send you to places in this nation and you are going to say what I tell you to say, you are going to do what I tell you to do and you will fear no man. Then He began to send me on these journeys. God showed me through this anointing He was giving me authority to shift things in this nation. Open doors and close doors. This is very pertinent to where God is going to take you. I am going to mention two examples of this. During the 2000 Presidential election I issued a prayer alert and asked people to pray. The Lord said this is the most important election in decade’s maybe even centuries. Then it went to the Supreme Court. I told people to pray for God’s man. By the time this was going on for several weeks in the Supreme Court, and I knew by the way, because God had given me a verse in Ezekiel, I knew this was going to the Supreme Court. I knew that God (Supreme Court?) was going to be the final voice that put the man in office that was going to become the instrument that God used to change them. That is why there is this war now with Bush and the courts and the senate over the judges. On the last time it went to the Supreme Court, He sent me to Washington, DC. He said, I want you to go outside the White House and take Isaiah 22:22 and I want you to close the door to Al Gore and open the door to George Bush. I stood outside the gate of the White House for a half hour and declared Isaiah 22:22. We prayed for Al Gore and his family. Then I declared that the door to the White House is closed to you, you cannot come in here and be President. Then we began to pray for George Bush and I said, I open the door to this White House to George Bush and I declare that he will be the President of the United States. Then Monday it was over.
This verse is not only for me it is a verse God is bringing the body of Christ into. There is a governmental anointing coming and somehow there is a forerunner thing about Oregon you have got to be a part of leading in this. There is something coming on you that is going to be a part of shifting this nation. There is a governmental intersession that God is going to bring to you. You are going to have an authority that is a double portion thing that is going to turn the nation in ways and a part of that is you have an authority that is going to break this evil force of Jezebel off of the nation of America.
The Lord took me to the White House another time and told me He wanted me to close the door to the unwise counsel that is coming to the President and I want you to open the door to the prophetic to come into the White House. When I was walking around outside the White House I was intimidated and couldn’t stand firm decreeing this word. A woman came up to me and encouraged me to speak out. The Lord spanked me all the way back to the hotel because he had to get this mother and her baby out in the cold to give me a lesson on Intercession 101.
Elijah was so full of faith and so had this anointing on him to transform a nation but the next thing you knew Jezebel had so encroached upon him and his soul that he was in complete unbelief. That religious political spirit mixed with Jezebel had totally overwhelmed him and was eroding completely his ability to withstand it. It is what intimidation and unbelief feels like. I feel like there is that thing that comes over you. There is a real open door somehow in the state of Oregon for the body of Christ. Even though you are prophetic and move in this mantle, there is something that comes on you, this spirit has an open door somehow to just pull your faith level down and disarm the prophetic army of God here to the point where you are not able to breakthrough.
And I hear the Lord saying, because you have walked in that place I want you to humble yourself and be vulnerable, so that through your humility in telling about your unbelief and this thing overpowering you, there will be an anointing release. That through the humility of that, there will be something released over this place that will enable us to rise up together and say never again are we going to let that thing overcome us. Because you are mantled with something and you don’t yet know it Oregon. You have the spirit and power of Elijah. You have a prophetic anointing that is more than just the ability to disseminate information and distribute words and be seers and be those that say this is what God is saying. You have something more than that anointing. You have a mantle of the prophetic that is meant to go another step and now we are going to take that Word of the Lord and we are going to apply it to this situation. We are going to decree in the heavenlies over your state and over our nation. We are going to turn that word into a sword. It is not just the light of revelation it is the sword of almighty God. And we are going to open some doors that will never be closed. And we are going to close some doors that are never going to be open. We are going to take the key of authority that we have been given and we are going to slam the door to this Jezebel thing. We are going to prophesy across the nation and we are going to decree the Word of the Lord and we are going to let the hammer of the God come down on the forces of darkness. We are going to be stronghold breakers. We are going to shift things over your state over your region and over our nation. We are going to move into the Jehu anointing. We are going to move into the Elisha anointing. We are going to be those who transform. We are going to understand how to take that Word of the Lord up into the heavenlies and literally call something in the heavenlies to change.
There will be prayer here that would transform the thinking of a cabinet room, that would change congress, that would shift the courts of America, that would bring a change to the Supreme Court. It will be said of Oregon as it was said of Elijah, you troublers of Israel. There would be a place that says no toleration!
There is a new strength and anointing coming on the gospel message in the state of Oregon that is going to translate into greater harvest. Even though the words may be the same the message is going to be born of the Spirit not of the soul and God is going to empower it in a fresh new way. There is not only going to come signs and wonders, but there is going to be the miracle of the new birth coming in a fresh new way. Supernatural deliverance will begin to occur, the Lord says, in the state of Oregon. You will see people delivered by the power of the spoken word. I will deliver them, the Lord says, from mindsets, and from deception.
Look for prodigals to begin to come back to my house, the Lord says, because I am going to break the spirit of deception off of them and cause their eyes to be open. Because there is a force that will now be released by my Spirit that could not be released from your mind and from your intellect. There is something that is going to be released in the realm of the Spirit and a cleansing of the atmosphere (the spirit realm over your state) that is going to cause blind eyes to be opened, the Lord says, and the spirit of deception to be broken.
Many will come out of cults and come out of false religion. There will be a movement, the Lord says, where those who are bound up, in false religion will be set free and it will even move into Idaho, the Lord says, and Utah from the state of Oregon. I will begin to set free those who are bound by deception because you are a forerunner state and you will go and you will plow and you will set them free and you will see their eyes open. I say to you there will be mass deliverance that begins to happen, says the Lord.
I say many in Mormonism will come to know me. There will be a move of my Spirit, the Lord says. I will break and lift the veil off of them and you will see many of them come to me and be filled with My Spirit in this hour.
I see the Lord coming to the Catholic Church and I see the Lord beginning to move by His Spirit and set many free and lay down their idols. They will turn to me with all of their hearts. You will see deception broken off of them. You will see an intense work of My Spirit in many in the Catholic Church because they will turn to Me with pure hearts and I will fill them with My Spirit. There will be signs and wonders and miracles take place that will astound many and pull many out of that stronghold of iniquity. There is coming a move of His Spirit that is going to pull idolatry off of many of them. Many who think they are born again they are not. The Lord says, there will be many priests that will have their eyes open. I am coming to set them free. There is coming a lifting of the veil and they will turn to me with reckless abandon.
I am going to visit the political arena in your state, the Lord says. I am going to transform governments. You will see some who come to me and there will be those who rise up that will be positioned by Me that will begin to speak for Me even in government places. Whereas they would not have been heard in days past I will give them favor and anointing. When they begin to speak My word changes come. I will give them strategies and they will find themselves coming into a divine favor that is of Me. I will use them to bring transformation even in government. The Lord says, there will be some that do not know Me now and I am coming to them and they will know Me, My hand is even on them now. I have marked them by My Spirit. They do not know it but they will come to know Me in a very remarkable way, the Lord says. Their testimony will open the eyes of many because I am coming even to the government of your state, the Lord says. There will come a shaking there that will purify. There will be an exposing of things and the Lord says do not be surprised when this happens because I am coming to shake, by the power of My Spirit because what I have said to you, that is coming to this state, I am going to even do it in your government. I am going to plow and I am going to breakthrough some areas of corruption and sin. The Lord says, there will be a shaking and there will be an exposing but do not be afraid and do not be alarmed and do not be confused when you see this it happen.
I am coming to the leadership to My church and there will be a shaking that comes to those in the church. I am going to realign and I am going to take a favor away from some and give favor to others because there have been some who have withstood the dealings of My Spirit and they have built things that I didn’t tell them to build. I am coming to do some dismantling and I am coming to do some rearranging. Do not fear this and do not be alarmed when you see it happen because there will be mercy for those who turn to Me. Those who turn to Me, I will even turn ministries and through My correction I will take them to another level of anointing, the Lord says. I will begin to do through them what they did not even understand and know about. I will begin to surprise them and to bring things to them. The Lord says, there are some who will not repent and they will not turn. The Lord says, do not be surprised when I take from them the favor that they have had. I will realign and I will give that to others. It is a day that the Lord says, to walk in fear and trembling before Me. Because the fear of the Lord would be the wisdom that you need in this hour He says.
I hear the Lord saying there is a wave of holiness that is coming for this region. That is not based on any outward religious thing. It is not even something that is going to be generated by fiery preaching and teaching. This is going to be a work of My Spirit, the Lord says. I am coming with a holy work that will bring a holiness. I see this invading campuses, I see this invading Universities, Colleges, I see this invading people who have been bound by perversions everything from sexual promiscuity, to drugs, to alcohol, even homosexuals. I see God saying, I am going to invade the homosexual community with a wave of mercy and a wave of deliverance and a wave of holiness. I am going to do what will astound many as I deliver them in a moment by the power of My Spirit. I am going to transform the way they think, transform the way they feel, transform everything about them and you will see it happen as I snatch them out of the fire, the Lord says. I will heal them and I will set them free. I am telling you, this is coming. I see fire coming to campuses it’s a holy fire of cleansing, it’s a fire of salvation, it’s a fire of deliverance, it’s a fire of Pentecost, it’s a fire that cleanses them and brings a wave of holy living.
I hear this so clearly, call the prodigals home. They are going to come by the thousands. Call the prodigals home! Call them home! The Lord says, call them home! Stir up your prayers for them again. The Lord says, go to every prodigal you can find. Think of everyone you knew that used to serve God or was raised in a Godly home that does not know the Lord. Begin to call them in because there is such a wave of My Spirit and anointing that is being released that the veil is going to lift. The spirit of revelation is coming not only on the church but also on your region, the Lord says. There is a spirit of lifting of the veil of revelation and it is going to affect the prodigal. Their eyes are going to be opened; they are going to come to their senses. The Lord says, there will be an influx of prodigals into the church, get ready for them, get ready to deal with them because I am bringing them to you. Get ready to move them back into their place, quickly. The Lord says, I will set them free and you must receive them. I hear the Lord say He is coming with a violent love. His violent love is going to break through every stronghold and everything, these things that have bound them and God says I am coming to set them free. I will answer them Myself.
I hear the Lord say, ask for an influx of a mighty host of angels to begin to be released. Ask for a great level of angelic activity to begin to take place over this state to go before you and to work this. The Lord says, I want to send a host of heavenly forces of angels to do war over the state of Oregon. I don’t think I have ever asked for this in my life but I hear it very clearly. Lord we are asking you for a host, legions of angels to be dispatched to the state of Oregon to do battle in the heavenlies. To change the atmosphere; to lift the veil; to begin to release this mantle; to begin to awaken warriors; to begin to bring prodigals home; to begin to deal on the campuses; to begin to penetrate even cults and people bound by deception.
I hear the Lord say there is a new release of worship coming to the state of Oregon. There is a creative worship that is coming. The song of the Lord, the Lord says is going to go to a new level. Prophetic songs will be given spontaneously in meetings, but even in the night. The Lord says some of you worshippers need to keep pen and paper handy by your bed because you are going to wake up with a song. The Lord says there is coming a creative impartation in the area of worship to this region and there will be songs that come from here that go around the world. There will be prophetic worship that begins to do these things we have heard of tonight. There will be forerunning worship. You will find yourself in the midst of your worship, you will begin to sing over a nation, you will be able to sing over a region of this nation as you for-run in your worship. The Lord says worship, worship, worship, you must go to another level of worship, and you must become radical in your worship. You must set aside times of worship. You must do it with all of your heart the Lord says because the worship is going to break through these strongholds and the worship is going to push back this force of Jezebel. The worship is going to awaken the prophetic mantle that is being placed upon you. The Lord says it will be awakened by worship. You must worship Me with new vigor. You must worship Me with new levels of zeal. The Lord says you must change programs, you must change even for a season, and you must radically change things to give more time to worship. I hear the Lord saying agree with the angelic hosts who worship over this state and you must worship with them because as the worship of earth joins the worship of heaven there will be a breakthrough in the heavenlies and I will download the song of heaven to earth. The Lord says I will cause an agreement and you will see as you sing the songs of heaven and you sing with the angels in the heavenlies you will see things begin to take place by the power of My Spirit through the worship and Oregon will live Psalm 149. The Lord says Oregon will experience Psalm 149. Even judgments in the heavenlies will begin to take place through your worship. Psalms 149 Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, and His praise in the assembly of saints. Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. Let them praise His name with the dance; Let them sing praises to Him with the timbrel and harp. For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation. Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment--This honor have all His saints. Praise the LORD!
The Lord says I am going to bring a separation between the Michal’s and the David’s. Your willingness to worship Me with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength in this season is going to be the test, the Lord says, for many of you to whether or not you move on into your full anointing of kingship and authority or you become those who become barren as Michal did who mocked and who refused to be a worshipper. I hear the Lord saying this is going to be the dividing point for many of you as to whether you move into this. You are going to have to abandon some of the things that have held you back beliefs, doctrines, inhibitions, embarrassment to feel like you don’t do certain things. The Lord says you must become a worshipper! You must become a worshipper!
