The song is exactly what I woke up thinking in my spirit: thinking of how to get you through, into that, see that open door open above you so you could receive the new mantle and go forth in Oregon. That was the very thing I thought about this morning and really began to pray for Oregon over. Because last night the words over Oregon, they were excellent. I mean, encouraging, even though you’re the one who gets to battle Jezebel, it’s OK. Listen, if it’s your war, it’s your war. You want to do your part. You just happened to draw the Jezebel straw – that’s how simple it is!

Steve mentioned something last night about native people. And the first thing I want to say this morning is that God has an order. He has an order of how each one of us can come into what He has for us, into the fullness of it. For instance, God’s order might be this: (and we find this when we really study the pattern in the Word of God.) You find when Jesus was ascending – when He overcame death, hell and the grave – and He was ascending into Heaven to really secure His place next to the Father on your behalf (because He went to the Cross for you, He died for you – always know that He did that just for you as well as for a territory), and when He was ascending past death, past hell, past the grave, overcoming it, He gave gifts to mankind, it says in Ephesians chapter 4. He gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be pastors, some to be evangelists, some to be teachers. And so, these gifts are very important for the foundation of the Church to be made strong in a territory.

And then you find there’s a territorial principle in the word of God that’s very important. We talk a lot about transformation, but until we understand God’s order, and we understand the principle of boundaries, we really won’t enter into transformation in fullness. And so, while He’s ascending, He’s loosing these gifts because in His ascension, He broke the headship of Satan. (Pastor Dutch was mentioning the breaker anointing last night.) And so He broke the headship of Satan, and when he broke the headship of Satan, He said, “Now here’s gifts that can maintain the authority that I have just demonstrated in the earth realm so that Satan’s headship will remain broken.” And what happens is, when we don’t enter into the fullness of those gifts, we see the enemy working in our territory, or in our inheritance that God has given us. And so you’ve got to exercise His giftings and His government to really come into what He’s saying.

Now, we then find over in I Corinthians 12:28, He sets an order of the giftings. He says, “First apostles.” It’s the only time we find this order, and it’s not a hierarchal order, it’s a prototype order to produce a model. Now that’s important also, because in the past we’ve had so many people pervert this into hierarchal, and it brings a domination, it brings a prototype or a pattern that’s not of God, and it produces bondage on it. But He said, “First apostles, second prophets, third teachers.” And He said, “Then, once that’s in order, then you’ll have miracles and healing.” Well, last night God said, “You’re a vineyard here, and the new wine is coming. You’re going to move into a mantle, and your mantle is going to produce miracles.” So that means you’ve got to have 1, 2, and 3 in place. I’m just trying to give you some things that you’re going to have to pray through.

‘First apostles’ – that’s a first principle. In The Future War of the Church I try to write about the characteristics of the gift of apostle and what they look like. There is six different functions that you start looking for in a region as it’s rising up. So you’ve got this order that God has. When Steve was mentioning the First Nations people, God had a people that He placed first in a territory, and that’s God’s order. He chose that people to be here first. And so that people has built within them a strategy of stewardship for the land that nobody else has. Because He placed them here, He gave them covenant with the land to steward the land. And so the real issue is – if you’ll put this together is – there will come a time where that first people come into God’s first order of apostolic/prophetic, and when they do, the land will begin to rejoice. And that’s why it’s so important that we recognize and call forth the gifting, the pure gifting, of God in His host people.

Now also in Future War of the Church I write about the antichrist system. And the antichrist system works five ways that we need to understand and watch in our territory. First of all, it’s going to work...it’s got an anti-Semitic type of strategy that will work against God’s covenant people. Now that anti-Semitic type of strategy manifests in other forms.

The second thing that you’re going to find in a territory, how you can discern how the antichrist spirit is working against you, it will work against the prophetic anointing. That’s what Pastor Dutch was getting us to last night with Jezebel. It’s going to work against the prophetic anointing. And when I say ‘prophetic anointing,’ I mean those that can communicate the mind and the heart of God. We are a prophetic people, but God also has people that can say, “We need to understand this right now.” Because the prophetic wisdom can proclaim that ancient wisdom ... the wisdom of the Ancient of Days – wisdom that hell does not have access to. That’s what I Corinthians chapter 2 says. Are you aware there’s wisdom over your life that hell cannot get to, but you can get to it through the Cross and through the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. And by connecting yourself in relationship, intimate relationship with Him, you can begin to gain wisdom. You can ask for it, and God doesn’t hold it back! You can get that wisdom that God has for you so you can walk in victory.

Now I believe that’s what we’re coming to in this nation right now. The more we gather, the more we move into corporateness, there’s a greater opening that’s giving us wisdom, and wisdom is what dismantles demons – not yelling at demons. That’s not going to do anything. They can yell back pretty loud. But wisdom can tear them down, and tear their structure down. And so the ‘first people’ concept becomes important in our understanding of how God is working. But the ‘first principle’ becomes important because notice how the prophets will, if their mouth is shut, what happens in a territory: you lose vision. You don’t know where you’re going. The Bible says, “Without prophetic revelation, without a vision, what happens to the people? They perish.” And so it becomes very important that we’re hearing God, and we’re staying encouraged.

The third way that you see the antichrist working in a region that you can discern is the antichrist will target women. It will begin to oppress women so they are dominated and not able to express the gift that God’s put in. And that’s why you see so many women, or the female gender rises up and gets out of order in a way, because they’re being dominated. So they war wrong, and then they end up out of sync with God. But yet you always want to look for domination. In Future War of the Church when God was giving me ... actually He dropped down a blackboard. He said, “This is what you’re going to write because this is the war ahead.” That was in May 1999. That book came out in May of 2001 before September 11 had happened. And He said, “Look at Afghanistan because it is the most oppressive place on earth against women. Therefore somebody got to destroy and blow that whole system up or else it will begin to oppress My covenant plan in the earth realm.” That’s important to understand that. It’s just a way to discern what we need to watch for.

The fourth area is racism. The antichrist system, part of anti-Semitism, a structure of it is racism and hate. And so you always want to look for hate groups in your area because that means you’ve got a stronghold somewhere that’s linked into the antichrist system. In racism there will be a dominant group that always tries to oppress a lesser group. That’s why racism isn’t just black/white or Hispanic/black. It will be a greater dominating the lesser.

And then finally you have the antichrist system will always target God’s covenant order. And that’s one of the ways you can overturn his plan in your bloodline personally. Because you can see how he has targeted the redemptive plan for your bloodline, and you can overturn it. And so the first people of a land, notice how they will go through much persecution. Because there’s a domination that wants to come over them because of the DNA God’s put in them. And so it’s important that we always recognize that, and we always get in God’s order. So even though we weren’t welcomed in this meeting by native people, Richard picked us up at the airport and we were able to discuss things with him on the way down here. Just so you understand that God has an order to bring you into the victory that was being prophesied last night.

One of the things the Lord keeps showing me today is how can you get into and fulfill what’s being said about you. The Best is Yet Ahead is a book on how to war with your prophetic revelation. What happens is, it’s not that we don’t know the promise. It’s not that we came here last night, and feel the anointing and know that the Spirit of God is witnessing over what said last night. But then how do we get into this place that we’re seeing the promises of our life manifest, these promises over our vision that we’re connected with ... how the promise over a territory can operate. Then how the promise can be extended to the next generation. That’s one of the questions we have to be asking the Lord as we move forward.

And I find that biblically, even though God says ‘first apostles, second prophets,’ this is actually how things work. And Steve was mentioning last night the power of declaration. How God responds and initiates things from Heaven, how the Father does this is: Number one, He usually finds somebody whom He can communicate His burden to. That’s first of all. And I always say He looks for an intercessor who will stand in the gap. Because biblically He says when He’s talking in Ezekiel 22 and He says here were all the problems: the priests did bad, the prophets did bad, the kings did bad, the princes did bad, the people did bad. “If I can just find an intercessor who can stand in the gap, I can reverse all that.”

And so the first thing He wants to do is find someone He can communicate His heart to. Look at your neighbor and say, “He’s looking for you.” He’ll find anybody who’s willing to listen to Him. He’ll move on you. He’ll wake you up in the middle of the night. He’ll stop you in the grocery store and say, “Wait a minute. I have something I want to say here. I’ve got a burden here. I’ve got to express it to somebody.” All of a sudden you feel it come on and you just feel a little...“Lord, what’s wrong. Something’s not right. Something’s not happening. I better go eat an ice cream cone or something.” Then you can’t sleep at night and you say, “Well, let me just try Tylenol PM tonight.” All it is, is that God’s trying to talk to you. He wants to tell you about your life. He wants to tell you about something He wants to do in your family. He wants to redirect you into His purposes. He wants to speak to some people about the nation. Remember when Dutch was saying how God just laid him out and he didn’t think he could stand it. You feel that way sometimes.

The second thing that happens though when the intercessor is meeting God – intercession is a little different than our prayer time, our normal daily communion. And that’s why Worship Warrior is so good for us because it shows the war of prayer through worship. And so what happens is, in the midst of that, you’re meeting God (this is real simple), and then you’re meeting the enemy in the place that God’s told you to stand. You always want to meet God first before you meet your enemy. Be sure you’ve got that in order! And then what happens is, when you’re meeting God, you’re gaining revelation. Now the intercessor may never have to say anything. The intercessor is talking to God and through their prayer life they’re coming into agreement with God and then they’re extending this out to whatever the burden they’re carrying is about. And God may never require them to say anything, but He will require somebody to say something.

The second thing that you see that normally happens is, the prophet begins to declare. Because this revelation starts coming down to set a new order, so the prophet begins to start speaking, “This is what God is saying. This is what God wants to do. Thus saith the Lord.” Or just in practical terms, communicating wisdom or counsel, or saying, “This will be happening in days ahead.” And we prophesy according to our faith. So the prophet starts declaring, and once the prophet starts declaring, that’s still not enough. Because you’ve got to work your way back to the order that God has. He says, ‘first apostles, second prophets.’ Prophets are going to be declaring things, but what apostles do is, they hear that word of the Lord and they have the gift.

I look at it like this: prophets can just shoot things out into the atmosphere and you feel it go out. But there has to be apostolic leadership that can take that gift and establish it down into the ground. It’s like taking the standard and putting into the ground, saying, “This is what we’re going to build.” That’s why the two work together. That’s why God aligns us. Many intercessors are prophets. All prophets should learn how to intercede. Ezekiel 13:5 says that. God had a problem with the prophets when they didn’t stand in the gap.

But then apostles have that function of building and fathering and governing and gathering and releasing the Body to accomplish all that God wants it to accomplish. That’s why God is bringing a new order in.

And then of course you have the pastors who maintain the field and teach into the prophetic word. If pastors are teaching things that God’s not saying, what they’re either going to do is, they’re going to become false teachers, or else they’re just teaching things that aren’t helping anybody and it’s not revelation that will open up and establish God’s vision.

And what I feel like God’s going to do – and I especially feel this for Washington and Oregon – once this new order’s in place, you’re going to be able to overthrow certain strongholds that are in the region and then evangelism is going to break out in these two states. As a matter of fact, it’s going to go all the way down into northern California. There’s going to be a sweeping move of evangelism up through here. Pastor Dutch was prophesying and He’s sending “My boundaries” into Idaho and Utah. And he began to say the Mormons would get saved. The Catholics would have a sweeping move of God. You see what happens. You see how God brings this about.

Here’s another thing to consider: How does this begin to happen? Well, first of all, once you’re declaring what God is saying, Number one – you begin to develop His mind. You think the way He thinks. We could all come together here, but if we don’t have a clear focus of what God wants us to think while we’re here, we’re just interjecting our own thought processes. That won’t build. We do a lot of that, but eventually it fades away.

Transformation comes when you are thinking the same way God’s thinking. Because the Bible says, “Be not conformed to this world.” That means don’t fall into the schematic of the prince of the power of the air who in every structure can create a plan or a prototype that he can bring you into conformity in. “But be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Be metamorphosized, blossom out through My way of thinking.” And what we find is, the enemy has brought the Church into a conformed pattern that God is ready to break her out of. Now that’s how simple it is. And He’ll use all sorts of methods. He’ll use pastors’ gatherings as long as they will think the way God thinks. He’ll use intercessors’ gatherings like this as long as we get the revelation and think what God thinks. He’ll use worship leaders as long as they’re expressing what He’s saying. And because you can just do that worship that’s patty-cake worship and never affect the atmosphere around you. Now hear me! And so God is ready to bring transformation.

Now the second thing that He does to bring about and really get us wearing this mantle is, we have to learn to express His heart, too. It’s not just enough to have the truth, but it takes ‘spirit and truth’ to really come into the reality of God. So that’s why He says “the letter killeth.” If you’re just speaking the truth and you don’t know how to express the emotion of God behind that truth, you’ll never really come in. And the world won’t be able to see God because we’re not expressing Him right. They’ll reject Him. They’ll say, “Well, we don’t want any of that!” And God can be pretty tough, too. See, that’s the beauty of the Lord. When you look at the Lord Jesus, when God came to earth, He had some interesting manners about Him. He could lay those Pharisees out in a minute. But He never sinned in His expression of Father’s heart. See, we have to express God the God wants to be expressed.

Now another thing that can bring us into really wearing this mantle is, we’ve got to learn (and this is where Pastor Dutch had us last night), we’ve got to say, “Lord, how do we change this atmosphere? We don’t want to live in what the prince of the power of the air has interjected into our community. We don’t want that atmosphere! We don’t want to be like Nazareth. We don’t want to be like Capernaum.” He said that Capernaum would be like Sodom and Gomorrah. “We don’t want that for our city. We don’t want that for our state! We want the atmosphere of this state – that when you cross over the line into Oregon, you want to just stop and say, ‘My, what is this? There’s a sweetness; there’s a fragrance; there’s an anointing. I feel like I’m responding to something. I’m being drawn by this anointing. I’m going to drive down this road in front of this church in Albany and I’m just going to pull in because there’s something pulling me.”’ You see, that’s how God does it. Because we’re wearing a mantle and the structure of control in our region is broken and there’s a fragrance of God that’s in our midst that’s drawing people to Him and moving people into that place with Him.

And then another thing that I find that God is doing with us to shift us into this understanding is, He’s moving us out of just a church mentality into a kingdom mentality. Where actually we can say, “You know, He could save all of Oregon!” You better say that. Say, “He could save this whole state and everybody in it!” I don’t even think we think like that. You see how we conform ourselves to the image over Oregon and we say, “Oh, this place is sooo bad. Oh, Lord, my city’s tough. Oh, Lord, the intellectualism of Oregon, it is just terrible.” It doesn’t have to be. Look around. There’s more than 300 here. If Gideon can overthrow and save a whole nation, we can too. I mean, think! Think through. Let the word become a reality to you. Move forward into what God’s saying. So this becomes very important.

So, how do we put on a mantle that can express this? What is a mantle? Where do we even find that in the word of God? How do we get it on? How and where do we receive it? How does God really look down at Oregon and begin to move on it? What’s a strategy for us here? And so, the first time you see ‘mantle,’ the concept of mantle is of course where the Lord dresses Adam and Eve in the Garden. Because they had been dressed with glory and then they lost the authority that He had given them to maintain their garden. (Let’s all say Oregon’s a garden.) And they lost that authority through deception of the enemy through them thinking that the Lord was holding out on them. That was what the devil was really saying. He was saying, “You know, God really ain’t gonna give you this that He’s promised you.” And so in doing that, they lost the garment they were wearing. Remember, He had to sacrifice an animal and reclothe them.

Then you find another concept of garment that’s really interesting. This is where we find a curse being released into the earth realm. It comes through Noah. Noah, remember, people just couldn’t get it together, so God wiped everybody out (I’m being real simple), and He can still do that. He wiped everybody out, but he saved and created a prototype – now there’s another first for us. There were no boats until Noah came and got the plan for a boat. There was no flood. And so God will always create these prototypes for a certain place in time, for that age. The Bible says, “This age has wisdom.” And so He created this prototype and they did okay until they got off the boat. That’s about like us. Once they got off the boat, remember, they planted a vineyard.

Now this is why I’m saying this to Oregon, because last night – I don’t even know if you have wine here – but last night, God said, “Oregon is a vineyard. And it has revelation that is going to be poured out to this nation.” That means there’s a revelatory anointing that’s coming on this state and God will raise up people in this state that will have the ability to communicate that can change a nation and overthrow the stronghold of Jezebel. Now, that’s just it in a nutshell. I don’t know how God will do it. He might do it through this church, Pastor Denny.

(One thing I did see about this church. There will be a worship gathering here for 24 hours. I did actually see that. It will just go for 24 hours, and it will be packed. And people will come and people will go. And all of a sudden, right here in Albany – and I’m not sure where we are in Oregon. Where is this? Central? Right in the middle of the state – that pulls, that will be the covering for this state that will go up. So, you always want to be a part of what God’s doing in certain places.)

When they got off the boat, they planted these vineyards, and Noah some way drank too much wine and got drunk. And so, he’s in his tent, and you find one of his sons coming in, and it says ‘looked on his nakedness.’ But then, the real issue you find is this: you find in another passage that the brothers are taking Noah’s mantle and backing back into the tent to put the mantle back on Noah. So what you can sort of hypothesize and come up with and see that pattern of, is that the son went in and in Noah’s weakened state (he might have done something sexual), but we know this: he took his father’s mantle. And that’s where the sin that produced the curse came in. Because the mantle was a part of your identity. Your mantle was with you. And all of a sudden you find the mantle detached from Noah, and the mantle being out here, and the other two sons having to restore their father’s mantle. But the other son’s next generation being cursed. What you begin to see this mantle concept becomes very important.

Then you see it with Joseph. Because Joseph, remember, Jacob – it’s time to pass the mantle from Abraham, Isaac, Jacob – and Jacob decides to pass it to Joseph. He makes him this coat of many colors. So as soon as he gets this coat on (and you know, Joseph had his own issues of pride), the brothers get so upset over that mantle, so jealous over it. Because they knew if they got one portion, Joseph would get two portions. So they said instead of just doing away with him, notice what they did: they tear the mantle up. They destroyed the mantle, and they take it back to their father and they tell their father that Joseph has been killed and now here’s the mantle back to you. It wasn’t just Joseph’s mantle. It was the covenant mantle that now was laying in disarray.

This is what I want to say to you: God has a perfect time to restore your mantle on you, on your family, on you, on the corporate vision that you’re a part of in a territory. He has a perfect time to bring this mantle back even though He’s seeing that it’s been destroyed and messed up. He has a perfect time to bring it back and get it back in place. Now this was what the Lord was saying to Oregon last night, “It’s time for My mantle to get back into place. As a matter of fact, the mantle you’ve been wearing has been fine, but I’ve got one much more manifold with wisdom than you’ve every worn before. And it’s going to take this mantle for you to dethrone that which is in your midst. Because mantle is linked with identity and authority. And if you will put this mantle on, you will be able to overthrow that which is affecting you and also affecting this nation.” It’s an incredible, incredible call from God to a people. Look around and tell somebody, “You know, I think he’s talking about us!” I mean, it’s hard for us sometimes when the word of the Lord is coming to us, you can do one of two things. You can reject it or you can say, ‘it’s time.’

Let’s look at Genesis 45 for a moment. Notice this: there came this time where the brothers come back and tell Jacob, “You know, Joseph really wasn’t dead. Even though we brought the mantle back to you, Joseph really wasn’t dead. And not only was he not dead, he’s down in Egypt and he’s ruling all of Egypt.” Now just think about it. This father has been living with this lie. His heart has been totally calloused through grief. (Some of you have been through that.) He looks around him and he says, “We’re in drought. I’ve had no joy. I’ve had no hope for years now because my inheritance, that which I had imparted on for the future has been dead. And you’re telling me he’s not dead. I saw the mantle. And you’re telling me, not only is he not dead, he’s down in Egypt ruling all of Egypt?” Notice what the Word says here in verse 26, “And they told him saying, ‘Joseph is still alive. He’s governor over all the land of Egypt.’” And notice how his heart responded. “And Jacob’s heart stood still” because he couldn’t believe it.

Now I think that’s where Oregon could be. Can you really believe what was being prophesied last night? Can you really believe it? Can you really believe that out of Oregon there could raise up revelation – it could be influential revelation, it could be a person carrying the revelation, it could be one of you that just knows somebody somewhere else, it could be one of you connected into Washington DC who has the right to speak to a person and that person has such influence that it overthrows the whole Jezebel system in a nation. Can you believe you can wear that mantle? And Jacob said ‘my heart stood still’ because he couldn’t believe what they were saying to them. That’s what happens to us. We get so used to living in the atmosphere that we’re living in. When Jesus Himself showed up in Nazareth, their heart couldn’t change. Look at somebody and say, “Oregon’s changing. We’re shifting now. We’ll overthrow this Jezebel system.”

Notice something else in verse 27, “But when they told him all the words which Joseph had said to them, and when he saw the carts which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived.” Revival comes when your spirit comes to life again to agree with God. Revival is coming to Oregon. But not only revival – influence. And not only influence, but an influence in government that will begin to overthrow and dethrone things. That brings me to the next issue.

Let’s look at Revelation chapter 4. Now say this out loud, “Lord, I’m willing to believe. Help my unbelief so I can wear what you’re telling me to wear now.” Revelation is just a key book to understand. Whether you understand it or not, you’ll get blessed if you just read it. Just read it out loud. It says you’ll be blessed by reading it. Just read it and know that God has a plan, that God has victory in the end, that the heavens and the earth and all the structures clash in the end and ...

I love this book so much I went all the way to Patmos Island and read it out loud, right where John was, just to read it. This goes back to the song and back to what God is saying to you today. “After these things I looked, and behold a door was standing open in heaven.” There’s this door standing up. All of a sudden last night, there was enough anointing to get something open over us above Oregon. Pastor Dutch had an anointing and the anointing breaks the yoke. We were grabbing it. It wouldn’t have mattered if we understood or could remember a word. It was going in us. It was going out in the atmosphere. It was just penetrating.

It says, “After these things I looked, and behold a door was standing open in heaven, and the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking to me saying, ‘Come up here.’” Now what I hear the Lord saying to you is, “Come up here! I’ve got something I want to put on you. You’ve been wearing one thing and I’m ready for you to wear another one.” Now you’ve got to process that little saying ‘after these things.’ After what things? It was after the Lord came down as Revelator and met with John.

And what He did with John was, He showed him the seven key churches of a region. Now technically, this is the transformation pattern that we want to look at. Because God will always find key churches in a region. Not all the pastors getting together, not everybody liking each other – that isn’t a requirement. He finds key churches throughout a region and he notices that those churches, those corporate expressions of Himself are different and they’re each very important. And so what He does is, He’s looking at that region – (for those fellows that are doing this thing at Bend, Oregon: you need to find the key influencing churches. You don’t want to find all the same kind. You want to look at the key influencing churches of a region and say, “God’s telling us to gather here for this region and this is what’s going to happen when we gather.” That’s how things operate. They have their own sphere of influence and they can influence their own sphere.) What the Lord did was, He took all seven churches and He did four things with each one of them.

He first of all started off by saying, “You’re doing this well.” He commended them for what they were doing. I want to say this to you. I believe the Body of Christ is much, much too negative. Now hear me! That legalistic, critical, negative spirit needs to be put under our feet. Just lift your foot up and put it down on it. I’m telling you, we’re way too negative. And God’s not near as negative as we are. He doesn’t operate like that, that’s not even part of His character. When you’re negative – Isaiah 58 says this: if you keep pointing the finger, you’re never going to get healed (I’m paraphrasing it). Quit pointing the finger at everything that’s not right, and ‘let Me commend you for what you have done well.’ So He would look at each region of Oregon and He would say, ‘they’re doing well over this here. Now they don’t have it all together.’ None of us have it all together. But there’s something you’re doing okay. Find that thing first and let God work with it to move you forward.

Once He said that, He then pointed out what they weren’t doing okay. And He can say, “Now, here’s a problem in these areas in Oregon that’s going to keep them from doing what has been prophesied about.” Same way with your life. God had to show me iniquitous patterns in my bloodline. He had to show me how I was participating with them. He had to show me how they had destroyed three generations already, and then He said, “Now you cut ties with those.” Because if you can see an iniquitous pattern, you can see why that redemptive plan has been twisted (because that’s what iniquity means – it means ‘twisted, turned in the wrong direction’). I didn’t get rid of one of them until just last July, and it was a spirit of infirmity that had come in to my bloodline through grief. I think people that have known me – and I’ve been coming up here since the early 90's – they can look at me and say ‘that guy looks different; what’s happened to him?’ It’s because a spirit of infirmity left me, and I got revelation over how it was working. It took me over 30 years to get it. Now hear me! That’s where we get worn out, instead of pressing on, instead of resisting.

This is one of the things before I get to the third thing: Oregon’s going to have to remove out of their garden that passivity that’s in you. It won’t work in the next season, people! You’ve got one of the strongest pacifist spirits in our nation, and here you’ve got a guy who’s known and who’s got a heart for our nation saying, “You’re the one who is going to go up against Jezebel”? Pacifist Oregon. Pacifist Oregon and Jezebel, those two. I’m sort of like Jacob, “Is he for real up there? Lord, my heart’s standing still. How am I going to follow that declaration? He’s telling pacifist Oregon that they are the ones that are going to overthrow Jezebel.” I could fall down right now and start kicking on the floor! And yet, it’s what God’s saying to you. All that means to you is this: you’ve got to change you mind in some areas. You’ve got to quit thinking the same way you’ve been thinking in the past. You’ve got to know how to worship in a way that you express God’s heart. You’ve got to know how to speak in a way that expresses God’s heart. You’ve got to know how to influence in a way. You’ve got to wear a different identity for this season. It doesn’t matter that you might be known for that in the nation, God’s saying, “But you’re the one that’s going to receive a mantle to overthrow Jezebel. It will influence this nation.” All you have to do is say, “Let me have it!”

Then the third thing He did – and I love this – He instructed them. He has specific instruction for each one of us. That’s very important. Be teachable. Don’t think you know more than Jesus. I’m going to say that one more time because there are some places I go to and I sit there and I say, “Lord, what in the world can I tell them? They know more than You!” I mean, they think they’ve got it all together, they’ve got all the points, they’ve got all the methods, they’ve got it all. He knows more than we do. So let Him instruct you. One thing I also see about Oregon: the Church needs to have an unteachable spirit dethroned. Just don’t think you know how He’s going to flow the River in here this season.

(That’s why I love Steve so much. First of all, he’s not negative. Second of all, he tries to make sure he’s listening to the views of the Body, therefore we’re getting the full perspective of what God’s saying.)

And then fourth, this is what He then reiterated to each one of those churches. He said, “Hear what the Spirit is saying to the church.” This is another reason we’re going to all 50 states. “Hear what the Spirit is saying.” See, the Spirit is speaking today, trying to give us our identity and our wisdom for today. It won’t contradict anything, or any pattern that’s there. He doesn’t have Oregon in the Bible. He has the concept of what your name means as a state, which is ‘storm’ or ‘hurricane.’ He’s got that concept in there, and there’s a reason you’re named that. Instead of being pacifist, look at somebody and say, “We’re a storm. We’re going to storm this nation! We’re going to storm the enemy! There’s a remnant rising up in Oregon. We’re going to have key gatherings in the coming year. We’ll have two 24-hour worship times. We’ll have a gathering of prayer where at Bend, we will bend that which has been a wrong standard in our midst.” Start thinking the way God thinks.

So he reiterated their promise to them. You’ve got a promise. Then He says this – let’s read this and end – Revelation 4, “After these things I looked...” That’s what ‘after these things’ mean. “And behold a door was standing open in heaven and the first voice I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me saying, ‘Come up here and I will show you things which must take place after this.’” Number five: “If you will allow me to work with you this year like this, I will open up so you will see what I’m going to do with you in the future.” God says that to you personally, He says it to you corporately, He says it to you territorially, and He says it to you generationally. “If you will allow Me to bless you, if you will allow Me to put my finger on what I don’t like about you, if you will allow Me to instruct you, if you will allow Me to go back and remind you of the promises I’ve given you, I’ll open a door in heaven, and you’ll move into your future.” Oregon’s on its way to the future.

So the Lord says to you, “Receive a new mantle. Remove unbelief. Change your identity and overthrow Jezebel in the future!” Say to the Lord, “Take the old off me, just pull it off. Just strip me down right here. Lord, with my arms up, just slip on that which I need to wear in days ahead. Just slip it down on me, just move down on me.” Right now I hear the Spirit of God saying, God’s ready to take off some issues of infirmity in your life, and the Lord says, “I’m going to make Oregon a healing center.” And the Lord says, “The enemy has weakened you in many areas, and I’m ready to remove that weakness today!” saith the Lord. “Because I’ve got a plan for you, I’ve got a good future for you. Future means ‘an expected end’ for you, but I’m saying SHIFT NOW!” saith the Lord.

Now Father, I say right now, certain people that have been wearing infirmity, [it] will be removed in the next three months. Lord, I say, remove that infirmity off of them. Now Father, I come into agreement – and where there are two touching and agreeing – Lord, that You are saying a new mantle is coming on Oregon, and Jezebel will be overthrown. Lord, we say let it be so, in Jesus’ Name. Give a shout up into heaven!
